Why and What data we collect?

We might collect your data – name, address, phone number, email address. All that you provide us during subscription or booking services. There are two ways in which booking is done on our website. You may make your own booking by filling the booking form or inform us by sharing your email id, phone number, name to make a booking on your behalf. We do not store your data locally. All your data is stored in the WIX database. The third-party apps like facebook, google analytics might use your location, IP address etc to give us the analysis of our site visitors. However, this data is not stored by us locally either.

Any data that you share with us during the signing of Client Agreement shall not be entered in any computer system other than your details required during booking like – Name, Phone number, Email Id, Address. Your health information is collected on the client agreement, in order to provide you with the right services. The services that we provide are non-medical. Data on the client agreement will be kept in a safely locked compartment at the place of business. It will not be shared with any third party and will be destroyed after 5 years from the date of filling the form, using a paper shredder.

 

In which cases can we share your data?

In the case, we might have to share your data for some legal reasons we shall do so only after seeking your permission.

We may share your data with the ICF and my coaching institute - Animas Center for Coaching, just as a part of validation that we have worked for a certain number of hours with you. This will help me for getting my accreditation from ICF and the diploma from my coaching institute.
